  • Chat and AI Interactions: Full transcripts of your text messages sent directly to Chloe for AI features, as well as persistent contextual notes and behavioral profiles Chloe retains to build a personalized memory of your interactions.
  • Community Activity: Comprehensive records of moderation actions taken against you by Snibbi staff (including bans, kicks, warnings, mutes, and the associated chat context or proof images), your voting records on community polls and suggestions, AFK status tracking events, minigame performance statistics, and your invite tracking metrics.

Information from Connected Integrations: If you choose to connect third-party integrations to your Snibbi profile, we collect the exact data required to facilitate those features. For Last.fm, we store your username, session keys, and the timestamp of your connection to enable live tracking of your listening habits within Snibbi. For Stripe, we store your subscription identifiers and timestamps to verify your supporter status and grant appropriate community perks.

3. How We Use Your Information

Every piece of data we collect is tied to a specific, justified purpose for running Snibbi:

  • Providing Community Features: Your AI chat context and retained notes are processed strictly by Chloe to facilitate highly personalized, context-aware AI responses within our channels.
  • Authentication and Identity: Your Discord profile data is utilized solely to authenticate you securely on the Snibbi website and to link your website activity to your identity within Snibbi.
  • Safety, Security, and Moderation: Moderation case data, including historical actions and chat context, is actively utilized by Snibbi staff to enforce community guidelines, protect the community from malicious actors, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Functionality: Integration data (such as Last.fm keys) is used explicitly to power features within Snibbi, like displaying your "Currently Playing" tracks to the community. Voting data is processed purely to tabulate community consensus on polls and suggestions.
  • Supporter Perks: Subscription IDs and related metadata are processed to seamlessly grant, manage, and verify your access to supporter-only roles and perks within Snibbi.

4. How We Share Your Information

We maintain strict boundaries regarding the sharing of your personal data. Snibbi is a private community, not a data broker.

Zero Sale Policy: We categorically and unconditionally state that the Snibbi administration does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise monetize your personal user data to any third parties or advertisers under any circumstances.

Payment Processors: We partner with Stripe to handle supporter subscriptions. When you initiate a supporter subscription for Snibbi, we share your Discord Email Address and Discord User ID with Stripe strictly for the purpose of processing your financial transactions and managing your ongoing supporter status. This data becomes subject to Stripe's own privacy policies and security protocols.

AI Service Providers: To generate intelligent responses through Chloe, your chat context and prompts sent to the bot may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (such as Google). We explicitly clarify that this transmission includes only the necessary conversational context required to formulate a response. We do not transmit overarching personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what you voluntarily type into the chat interface. Furthermore, these providers process the data strictly for fulfilling the API request and are contractually prohibited from utilizing this conversational data to train their foundational models.

Retention Period: Your data is retained for the active duration of your membership in Snibbi. As long as you remain a member of Snibbi or maintain an active, authorized session on our community website, your data is preserved in our secure databases to ensure uninterrupted access to our features.

Automated Deletion: We provide an automated offboarding process. The act of voluntarily leaving Snibbi serves as a definitive trigger for data deletion. Upon your departure, your personal data will either be permanently deleted from our primary databases or irreversibly anonymized such that it can no longer be associated with your Discord identity, satisfying your right to be forgotten.
