1. Welcome to Snibbi (Acceptance of Terms)

By joining Snibbi, interacting with the community, utilizing Chloe (our custom discord bot), or accessing our dedicated community website, you are entering into a binding agreement with the Snibbi administration and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision contained herein, you must immediately leave Snibbi and cease all use of our community resources.

Age Requirement: In strict alignment with Discord's overarching Terms of Service, we enforce a mandatory minimum age requirement for all Snibbi members. You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent applicable in your local jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to participate in Snibbi. By remaining a member, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Community Conduct and Restrictions

We require all members to adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the stability and safety of Snibbi.

Compliance with Rules: You are legally and conditionally bound to adhere to the official Server Rules at all times when participating in text channels, voice channels, or utilizing Chloe.

Prohibited Activities: We explicitly forbid, and actively monitor for, the following activities. Engaging in these will result in an immediate ban from Snibbi:

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or disrupt Chloe's infrastructure, source code, or databases.
Spamming, deliberately exhausting, or other negative actions against infrastructure.
Utilizing Snibbi or Chloe to generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
Attempting to evade moderation actions (e.g., bypassing bans via alternate "alt" accounts).

3. Content and Moderation

Snibbi is a private community, and Chloe is a custom tool provided for the enjoyment of our members. The Snibbi administration bears absolutely no liability for the content generated by users in channels, or the responses generated by Chloe.

We explicitly reserve the absolute, unquestionable right to moderate, remove, alter, or restrict access to any content posted within Snibbi. Furthermore, the Snibbi staff reserves the right to kick, ban, or otherwise revoke access for any user who violates these Terms, our Server Rules, or Discord's Terms of Service, entirely at our sole discretion, immediately, and without prior notice.

4. Supporter Subscriptions and Payments

We offer optional supporter tiers and subscriptions managed securely via Stripe to help fund Snibbi and Chloe's hosting costs.

Strict Refund Policy: All supporter subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. There are absolutely no refunds, prorations, or credits offered for partially used billing periods or accidental renewals. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription through the website and ensuring any cancellations are processed prior to your next billing cycle.

Revocation of Perks: If you are banned or removed from Snibbi for violating these Terms of Service or the Server Rules, your supporter perks will be immediately revoked. We reserve the right to execute this revocation without issuing any refund or compensation for the remaining duration of your subscription.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

Snibbi, the community website, and Chloe are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The administration explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime, bug-free operation of Chloe, or that the community features will meet your specific expectations.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, factual correctness, safety, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output. You interact with and rely on Chloe at your own exclusive risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE OWNER, ADMINISTRATORS, OR STAFF OF SNIBBI BE HELD LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This sweeping limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, interruptions, reputational damage, or any other intangible losses resulting from your participation in Snibbi, unauthorized access to your data, or the actions of any other member, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination of Membership

We definitively assert our absolute right to terminate, suspend, or ban any user from Snibbi, and revoke their access to the community website and Chloe, at any time, immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Changes to these Terms

The Snibbi administration reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via prominent announcements in Snibbi (such as in an #announcements channel). Your continued participation in Snibbi following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
